Control Science and Engineering Institute was established in January 2001, and its predecessor was founded in 1946 of the Electrical Engineering Department of Shandong University, the faculty after adjustment into Shandong Industrial University in electrical engineering. With scientific and technological advances in electrical engineering from the professional Lu:jing adjustment, in 1989 renamed automation engineering. After the founding of New Shandong University, renamed for the control of science and engineering colleges.
At present, the Institute has four Majors. Set up an inter-professional categories in electrical engineering and instrumentation information the two disciplines, covering automation, measurement and control technology and equipment, biomedical engineering and logistics of the four Majors direction. Of biomedical engineering and logistics projects are emerging interdisciplinary and broad development prospects.
